Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers, coaches and internal teams
- Review what customers need after coaching conversations and follow through
- Speak with customers to confirm information and move agreed solutions forward
- Make sure each customer opportunity is recorded, checked and acted on
- Manage referrals from the first step until they are complete
- Follow up leads so they do not stall
- Build trust with clear, honest and steady communication
- Keep strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and represent the organisation well
- Find missing or unclear information and arrange follow-up
- Tell the right teams exactly what the customer needs
- Track open actions and own them until they are done
- Solve customer concerns and process problems with good judgement
- Keep correct records in the right systems
- Handle many priorities and stay accurate, as part of a friendly team that wants good customer results
Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, client support, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish credibility and build lasting customer relationships
- Confident talking directly with customers in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer information
- Able to verify requirements and make sure follow-through is accurate
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive and accountable approach to customer service, with a positive customer-first mindset
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using technology and learning new systems; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Able to work with a wider team, reliable, professional, and committed to delivering accurate customer outcomes
