Real jobs abroad for Vietnamese workers, explained clearly

JobsAbroad Vietnam lists employer-sponsored jobs in Australia and New Zealand and explains, in simple steps, how Vietnamese workers can prepare and apply.

Who we are

JobsAbroad Vietnam belongs to Red Migration FZC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help employers in Australia and New Zealand find skilled workers from other countries. Our office address is 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.

This site is made for Vietnamese workers, at home in Vietnam or already working in another country. Anyone with the right skills can apply for our jobs, whatever their nationality. Our guides and examples, though, are written with Vietnamese readers in mind.

What we publish

  • Jobs with sponsorship: roles in Australia and New Zealand where the employer is willing to sponsor a work visa for the right person.
  • Visa guides in simple English: the Skills in Demand (482) visa for Australia and the Accredited Employer Work Visa for New Zealand, from the job offer to the visa decision.
  • Articles and videos: news about visa and sponsorship rules, and short videos about work and daily life.
  • A WhatsApp channel: new jobs on your phone soon after we post them.

From application to first day

  1. You pick a job. Read the open jobs and check what each one needs: work history, certificates, licences and English level.
  2. You apply. On the job page, send your English CV and your trade certificates by email or WhatsApp.
  3. We review it. We compare your application with the employer's needs and send suitable ones on. If a job does not fit you, we say so, so you can spend your time on better options.
  4. The employer interviews you. This is often a video call. For some trades there is also a skills test.
  5. Offer and sponsorship. If you get the job, the employer sponsors your visa. You prepare your own papers: passport, English results, the Judicial Record Certificate No. 2 and translations.
  6. You travel. When the visa is granted, you fly out and start with your sponsor. Our guides explain every step on the way.

The kinds of jobs we list

  • Farms and food production: farm hands, dairy and poultry workers, and farm managers.
  • Kitchens and hospitality: chefs, cooks, restaurant and venue managers, and front-of-house staff.
  • Care and nursing: aged care and disability support workers, and registered nurses.
  • Metal and building trades: welders, fitters, boilermakers, machinists, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and cabinet makers.
  • Construction sites: concreters, formworkers, scaffolders, tilers, roofers and labourers.
  • Vehicles: motor, diesel and heavy-vehicle mechanics, auto electricians, panel beaters and spray painters.
  • Hair and beauty: hairdressers, stylists and barbers.
  • Office and professional work: engineers, accountants, and HR and management roles.

Jobs open and close every week. See what is open now in Australia and in New Zealand.

Why a sponsored job is a safer way

When an employer is approved to sponsor your visa, you know the job, the company and the pay before you leave Vietnam. That makes it one of the safest ways to work abroad.

  • A real job is ready. You go to a named employer. You do not arrive first and then look for work.
  • Employers are checked. The Australian or New Zealand government must approve a sponsoring employer, and it must follow the rules on pay and conditions.
  • Family can often join. Under the visa rules, your partner and dependent children can usually come with you.
  • A longer future is possible. In some cases, sponsored work leads to permanent residence, for example through Australia's Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186). It depends on the rules at the time.

What we believe

Việc làm ở nước ngoài, đúng cách: work abroad, the right way. These words guide everything on JobsAbroad Vietnam.

Every Vietnamese worker who hopes to work in Australia or New Zealand should get clear and honest information, in English that is easy to read. No rumours. No shortcuts. No promises that are too good to be true.

We want you to move forward with confidence: you understand the rules, your documents are right, you deal only with licensed organisations and real employers, and you never pay an unlicensed broker for a job. Then your hard work can bring a better future for you and your family.

What you can expect from us

  • Every job we list comes from an employer who is ready to sponsor a visa.
  • If a job does not match your skills, we tell you honestly.
  • We explain visa rules in plain English and link to the official government pages.
