Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

When you open, read or apply through JobsAbroad Vietnam, you agree to these terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

"We", "our" and "us" mean Red Migration FZC, 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which owns and runs JobsAbroad Vietnam. "You" means each person who uses the website.

2. What you will find here

You do not need to register for anything. The website gives you:

• vacancies from employers in Australia and New Zealand who offer visa sponsorship, open to every nationality and explained with Vietnamese workers in mind;
• visa guides that sum up what official government sources publish;
• articles and, when we have them, short videos about living and working overseas;
• buttons to apply by email, to message us on WhatsApp and to follow our job channel.

3. Fair use of the website

1. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for a job through JobsAbroad Vietnam.
2. You may read, save, print and share our pages for your own job search, or to help family and friends with theirs.
3. You may not copy our vacancies to another job website, or sell them or access to them, unless we agree in writing.
4. You pay for your own phone, computer and internet data.
5. We may change, pause or take down any page or vacancy at any time, without notice.

4. How vacancies are published

Employers send us their vacancies through the Red Migration FZC network. We show the job title, tasks, requirements, pay and conditions as the employer gives them to us. The employer may change or close a vacancy at any time. We remove jobs after the closing date, but some are filled sooner. We are careful, yet we cannot promise that every listing is complete, correct or still open, so please confirm the important points before you depend on them.

5. Sending an application

• Your own email. The Apply by email button prepares a message to jobs@jobsabroad.vn in your mail app. It is only sent when you press send.
• Questions first? You can write to us on WhatsApp about any vacancy.
• Honest papers only. Your CV, certificates, references and other documents must be true, current and your own. Sending false or changed documents is a serious breach of these terms.
• Where it goes. We may send your application to the employer for the job you chose. Other employers receive it only if you agree. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

What we can and cannot promise about jobs and visas is set out in our Disclaimer.

6. Things that are not allowed

Please do not:

• give false or misleading details, or use another person's identity;
• scrape the website or collect vacancies in bulk with robots or scripts;
• try to get into the admin page, overload the servers or get around our traffic limits;
• upload or spread viruses or any other harmful code;
• pretend to be Red Migration FZC, an employer or anyone else;
• use the website, our email address or our WhatsApp number to send spam, threats or scams;
• break any law.

If this happens, we may block your IP address, ignore your application, stop answering your messages and, in serious cases, inform the authorities. If a claim or loss against us comes from your breach or your false information, you agree to pay our reasonable costs.

7. Our words, logo and design

The JobsAbroad Vietnam name, logo and design, and our guides and articles, belong to Red Migration FZC or are used with permission. Employers may own the job descriptions they wrote, and video makers own their videos. Please ask us in writing before you publish any of this content somewhere else. Sharing a link to our pages is always fine.

8. Services and websites we do not run

WhatsApp chats and our channel work on Meta's platform under WhatsApp's terms. Videos play through YouTube (Google) under YouTube's terms. The other websites we link to, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and Skills Assessment Australia, have their own terms and policies, and those apply when you use them. We are not responsible for what those services or government websites publish, whether they are online, or how they work.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows:

• the website is offered "as is" and "as available", without a promise that it will always work or be free of mistakes;
• we are not liable for loss caused by trusting a vacancy, guide, article or a statement from an employer;
• we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost income or a missed chance, or for the choices of employers, immigration offices or other services.

Rights you have under the law that cannot be removed by an agreement stay with you.

10. When the website is offline

Updates, problems at our providers, network faults or security work may stop JobsAbroad Vietnam from loading for a while. A vacancy may also disappear once it closes or the employer withdraws it. If a job is important to you, write down its title, web address and closing date in your own notes.

11. If one part is invalid

If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, only that part is reduced as much as needed, and the rest stays in force. If we wait to enforce a term, or do not enforce it, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the policies linked above form the full agreement about using the website.

12. Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad Vietnam, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai will decide any such dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new date will appear at the top of this page. If you continue to use the website after that date, you accept the new version.
