Moving abroad for work is a big step for you and your family. Please read this page before you make any decision or payment, so you know how far you can rely on what you read and watch on JobsAbroad Vietnam.

1. General information, not advice

The guides, articles, job pages and videos on JobsAbroad Vietnam are general information. They are not immigration advice, not legal advice and not financial advice.

They are written for many readers at once, so they cannot look at your age, job, skills assessment, English test results, health, police record or family situation. Use them to understand the main ideas, then check how the rules apply to you personally.

2. When you need personal help

In Australia, only a registered migration agent or an Australian lawyer may give immigration help for a fee. In New Zealand, immigration advice usually must come from a licensed immigration adviser or a person who is exempt, such as a lawyer. JobsAbroad Vietnam is neither of these. If your situation is complicated, or a lot of money or time is at stake, please speak with a properly qualified professional.

3. Employers and governments decide

An employer decides who is interviewed, who receives an offer and when work begins. The government of Australia or New Zealand decides whether a visa is granted and how long that takes. Sending an application through JobsAbroad Vietnam does not guarantee an interview, a job, sponsorship or a visa. Another person's success, even with a similar CV, is not a promise for you.

4. Papers you prepare in Vietnam

Employers and visa officers often ask for documents that you get at home, for example a judicial record certificate, notarised translations of diplomas, or proof that your training is real. These can take several weeks. JobsAbroad Vietnam does not issue, process or speed up any of them. Check the current steps, fees and waiting times with the office that issues each document, and be careful of anyone who offers a shortcut.

5. Visa rules are updated often

Each visa guide shows an "as of" date. Fees, minimum salaries, occupation lists and eligibility rules can change quickly, sometimes without warning. Before you apply or pay, always check the official websites:

If our guide and the official website say different things, follow the official website.

6. About pay and job details

Job titles, tasks, requirements, salary and benefits come from the employer and may change. Pay is normally in Australian or New Zealand dollars, can be shown per hour, week or year, and is usually before tax. Changing it into đồng gives only a rough idea, because rent, food and transport cost much more in Australia and New Zealand, and prices differ from city to city. Only the figures in a signed job offer count.

7. Simple checks before you decide

  • Compare the date on our guide with the latest official page.
  • Ask the employer for pay, hours and conditions in writing.
  • Keep copies of everything you send and every reply you receive.
  • Say no to anyone who promises a sure job or a sure visa.

8. Content made by others

We do not control government websites, YouTube videos, WhatsApp or social networks. The other websites we link to, Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au), have their own terms and privacy policies. A link from our pages does not mean we agree with everything on the linked page.
