Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Xin chào, and thank you for visiting JobsAbroad Vietnam (jobsabroad.vn). This page tells you, in simple English, which personal details can reach us, why we need them and what you can ask us to do with them.
Five things to remember before you read on:
- You never need an account to look at jobs, guides or videos here.
- The site has no form that collects your name, phone number or CV.
- We only receive your details when you email us or write to us on WhatsApp.
- There are no analytics tools, no advertising trackers and no cookies from this site.
- You can ask us at any time to show you, fix or remove what we hold.
1. The company behind this site
Red Migration FZC owns JobsAbroad Vietnam and makes the decisions about the personal information on this page. That makes the company responsible for it. When this policy says "we", "our" or "us", it means Red Migration FZC.
The company is based in the United Arab Emirates, not in Vietnam. You can reach it here:
- Office address: 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Telephone (also WhatsApp): +971 50 283 2394
- Email: jobs@jobsabroad.vn
2. Details you decide to send us
When you apply by email
Each job page has an Apply by email button. Pressing it does not send anything from our website. It only opens the mail app on your phone or computer, with a new message to jobs@jobsabroad.vn and the job name already written in. You add your own words and files, and the message leaves your device only when you press send.
In a normal application, people share some of these things:
- full name, phone number, Zalo or WhatsApp number, and email address;
- a CV showing past jobs, training and skills;
- trade papers, diplomas or English test results;
- passport details, but only when they choose to include them.
When you message us on WhatsApp
The Ask on WhatsApp button starts a one-to-one chat with our team. In that chat we can see your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and every message, photo, voice note or file you send. We also learn whatever you tell us if you phone us or write to the address on our contact page.
Our WhatsApp channel for new jobs
We share new vacancies on a WhatsApp channel. You follow it inside the WhatsApp app. WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, runs the channel under its own rules, and people who follow it only receive our posts.
3. Records made automatically
Some information appears without you typing anything, simply because your browser asks our server for pages:
- Visit logs. Google Cloud notes the IP address, the kind of browser and device (the user agent), the page address that was opened, and the time. These logs are removed after 30 days.
- Traffic limits. To protect the site from floods of requests, our server counts requests per IP address. It keeps those counts in memory for a few moments only.
When you search or filter the job list, the work is done in the page and in its web address. We do not save your searches against your name, and the site keeps no personal details in your browser. The Cookie Policy lists the one small technical item that is kept.
4. Sign-in is for our team only
There is a hidden admin page where our staff add and edit jobs, guides and videos. Staff sign in through Firebase Authentication, a Google product, and only accounts on our approved staff list are let in. Visitors do not have accounts, so they never sign in anywhere on JobsAbroad Vietnam.
5. Why we use your details
We use what you send for a small number of clear reasons:
- to read your application and see whether your experience fits the job;
- to pass your application to the employer offering that job;
- to reply to your questions on email, WhatsApp or phone;
- to help with next steps such as interview times or extra papers;
- to find faults, block misuse and keep the site secure, using the logs and traffic limits;
- to meet a legal duty, if one applies to us.
We do not build profiles, show advertising or run analytics, so your details are never used for those things.
6. Our lawful reasons
Some privacy laws ask a business to name the legal reason for each use. Ours are:
- Your agreement. You chose to write to us. You can change your mind and ask us to stop.
- Moving towards a job. Handling the application you started is a step before a possible work contract.
- Running a safe website. It is reasonable for us to keep JobsAbroad Vietnam working and protected from misuse.
- Legal duties. A law may require us to keep or share certain information.
8. Countries your details may pass through
Looking for work abroad means your information also travels. Depending on what you send and which job you choose, it may be handled in:
- the United Arab Emirates, home of Red Migration FZC;
- Singapore, where Google Cloud runs our server and database;
- Australia or New Zealand, where most of the employers are;
- other countries where Google, Meta or our email service operate their systems.
Each country has its own privacy rules. When a law sets conditions for sending data abroad, we depend on the contract terms and technical protections of our service providers, and we only share what is needed for the purpose.
9. How long we keep things
- Emails and chats: while your application, the hiring that follows it, or a legal duty still needs them. We do not use a fixed number of months. Ask us to delete them whenever you like, and we will, unless a law says we must keep part of them.
- Visit logs: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Traffic-limit counts: held in memory for a moment, then gone.
10. Keeping your details safe
We protect information with practical steps:
- All pages load over HTTPS, and HSTS tells browsers to always use the secure connection.
- The database cannot be reached directly from the internet; only our own server talks to it.
- The admin page accepts approved staff accounts only.
- Traffic limits slow down robots, copying tools and password-guessing.
No system on the internet is perfectly safe, so please be careful too. Do not send a copy of your passport or ID card until an employer or our team asks for it.
11. What you can ask us for
Depending on the law that covers you, you may ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy;
- correct details that are wrong or old;
- delete your information;
- stop or limit some uses of it, or object to them;
- give you your information in a form you can take elsewhere.
UAE law
Red Migration FZC is set up in the United Arab Emirates, so the UAE's federal personal data protection law applies where relevant.
Vietnam
Vietnam's personal data protection rules, where they apply, also give people rights over their personal data, such as knowing how it is used and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. Where those rules cover our handling of your data, we respect them.
Australia, New Zealand and other places
Many other countries give similar rights, for example to see and correct your information. If you ask under one of those laws, we follow it.
12. How to make a request
- Write to jobs@jobsabroad.vn and explain what you would like us to do.
- We may ask you a few questions to confirm that the information is really yours.
- We reply within the time the law allows.
- If we cannot do all of it, for example because a law makes us keep a record, we explain the reason.
13. For adults only
JobsAbroad Vietnam is made for job seekers aged 18 or older. If you believe a younger person has sent us their details, please let us know and we will delete them.
14. Links to other places
Our pages link to WhatsApp, YouTube, social networks and government immigration sites. In our footer you will also find other websites we link to: Build AI CV (buildaicv.com), Talent Tabloid (talenttabloid.com) and Skills Assessment Australia (rpldirect.com.au). When you open any of them, that website's own privacy and cookie policies apply, so please read them there. Services that load inside our own pages are explained in the Cookie Policy.
15. New versions of this policy
When our website, our service providers or the law change, we update this page and the date at the top. The version you see here today is the one that applies.
