What will you do? You will study what users need and make a plan. You will write programs. You will add AI and machine learning to those programs. You will test the software and write documents that explain it. You will also repair and improve it later.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn what the business needs by analysing its requirements
- Turn those needs into software designs and technical specifications
- Write software applications. The programming languages are Node.js, Python, C#/.NET and C++
- Keep the applications working well after they are finished
- Add AI functions to software with large language models. Tools for this include Flowise, LangChain and LangGraph
- Make machine learning models and check their results. The models are used for predictive analysis, anomaly detection, classification and regression
- Use image processing, natural language processing and sentiment analysis in applications that need them
- Prepare data, select features, train models and make them perform better
- Build APIs and link databases, so one system can share information with another
- Test each unit of code. Test how the parts work together (integration testing). Find defects and correct them
- Review code. Help keep the software secure, reliable, fast and of high quality
- Write system documentation, testing records and technical specifications. Keep them correct
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Relevant experience that is equivalent is also accepted
- 3+ years' experience with software. This means design, development, testing and maintenance
- Strong skills in Python programming, and experience with C#/.NET or Node.js
- Practical experience with machine learning or AI frameworks. Keras, TensorFlow and scikit-learn are examples of these
- Experience in making APIs and in using SQL databases
- An understanding of testing practices, debugging, software architecture and version control. Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication and analysis. The ability to work independently, and to contribute effectively in a team
- Desirable: experience with Flowise, LangGraph, LangChain or other LLM integration tools
