Key Responsibilities
- Look at each surface and plan how to prepare it
- Prepare panels and vehicle surfaces for painting
- Sand, mask and prime
- Mix automotive paint and apply paint and clear coats
- Do small and large paint repairs
- Match colours well and keep the finish even
- Use spray painting equipment safely and work with professional paint products and systems
- Check finished work for faults
- Fix any finishing problems
- Keep the workshop and equipment clean
- Work well with the repair team
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are a qualified Automotive Spray Painter
- You have practical experience in the vehicle repair industry
- You can do small and large repairs
- You understand automotive refinishing methods well
- You have used professional paint systems
