This is a permanent, full-time Shotcreter job in Sydney, Australia. The company needs a Senior Shotcreter with strong hands-on experience in ground support. You will operate shotcrete machines and apply shotcrete with good quality and safe methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate shotcrete machines and equipment for ground support work
- Prepare surfaces and apply shotcrete as the project specification says
- Work with anchoring and drilling crews on ground engineering work
- Be responsible for daily shotcrete tasks on your projects
- Keep the quality of your shotcrete work steady
- Use suitable concrete mixing and spraying methods
- Help team members build their practical skills
- Promote strong safety awareness in shotcrete operations
- Check the condition of equipment and do routine maintenance
- Notice changes in site and weather conditions and respond properly
- Follow project safety, quality and operating procedures
- Work well with supervisors, operators and other site staff to help each project succeed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Shotcreter
- Experience operating shotcrete machinery and related equipment
- Strong practical knowledge of how to apply shotcrete and mix concrete
- Experience in ground engineering, ground support or related construction work
- Can show and verify your past relevant jobs and technical experience
- Can work well with anchoring and drilling teams
- A clear commitment to workplace health and safety
- Nationally accredited OHS Card / White Card or equivalent
- Full driving licence
- Own reliable transport
- MR licence for line pump operations where applicable
- Can work well as part of a team
- Can work in demanding site and environmental conditions
- Can pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screening
- Relevant Australian work rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored employment
