The salon says sponsorship (help with a work visa) is available for a suitable and eligible candidate. Experience with hair extensions is a good extra, but strong senior hairdressing comes first.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clients professional haircuts, colouring, styling and other salon services
- Talk with each client before the service and understand what their hair needs
- Make neat, even results that meet professional standards
- Suggest hair care, styling and home maintenance products
- Build good, long relationships with clients
- Welcome every client in a friendly, professional way and look professional yourself
- Work with other stylists and salon staff
- Keep your workstation clean, tidy and hygienic
- Follow salon rules and health and safety needs
- Learn about new hair trends and join training
- Do hair extension services if you have the skills or experience
- Help clients return again with good service and clear communication
- Help to make a positive, productive salon team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hairdressing qualification or recognised industry training
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or experienced professional hairdresser
- A clear history of professional salon work
- You can prove who you are, your qualifications and your work experience, and you agree to the required verification process
- Strong technical knowledge of modern hairdressing techniques
- Confident with client consultations and good with people
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Passion for hairdressing and for learning more skills
- Professional, reliable and motivated
- Works well alone and in a team
- Understanding of salon hygiene, safety and professional standards
- Hair extension experience is highly regarded
