Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for financial control.
- Run the fund operations from day to day.
- Check and review the work of outsourced providers (fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers).
- Take the lead on financial reporting, such as NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements.
- Give help with compliance.
- Stay in contact with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners when needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are CA/CPA qualified.
- You have worked in the funds or property sector, with clients, as a FM or Senior FM.
- You write and speak very well (excellent communication; written and verbal skills).
- You have a strong work ethic.
- You take initiative and have a proactive, positive approach to work.
