This is a job for a Registered Nurse in Perth, Australia. It is permanent. It is full-time. The employer is a healthcare company. The company is owned in Western Australia.
What will you do? You will nurse people in their homes. You will do community nursing. You will help with DVA services, which are health services for veterans. Sometimes you will work in a hospital or an aged care facility. The places are in the CBD, and north and south of the river. Your manager is called the Clinical Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients with accepted nursing practice and standards as your guide
- Plan nursing care
- Implement and evaluate nursing care
- Consult with other health professionals
- Coordinate patient care within healthcare teams
- Provide treatments, medications and therapies from care plans and monitor them
- Lead health promotion activities and take part in patient education
- Supervise and coordinate Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
- Maintain accurate healthcare documentation and records
- Comply with current clinical standards in home care, aged care, hospitals and community nursing, comply with Work Health and Safety legislation, maintain infection control standards and report incidents and hazards promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- You have current AHPRA registration
- You have a relevant nursing qualification for a Registered Nurse
- You have experience in community nursing
- You have experience in home care
- You have minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- You have a current National Criminal History Check
- You have a current Working with Children Check
- You have a current Manual Handling Certificate
- You have a valid driver's licence
- You have a current COVID-19 vaccination
- You have a current influenza vaccination
- You have an Infection Control certificate
- You have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
