This is a part-time job for a Registered Nurse. Part-time means you work some days of the week, not all. The workplace is small. It is an aged care home with 20 beds near Grafton, in New South Wales, Australia.
The employer is a not-for-profit organisation with strong values. It serves local communities.
The residents are older people. Some of them live with dementia. Your job is to give them excellent clinical care and to see each one as a person. Problems in care will happen, and you help to solve them. Experienced leaders are there for the nurses.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity and experience with residents with dementia, or willingness to gain experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent clinical problem-solving skills
- An excellent, highly motivated team player
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Vaccinated in line with the organisation's immunisation policy. This includes a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check
- Pre-employment medical assessment
