Are you a nurse who enjoys caring for older people? A non-profit care organisation in New South Wales needs a part-time Registered Nurse for an aged care home in Dubbo. It runs aged care homes, home care and retirement villages, and its values guide its work. You will give person-centred, high-quality clinical care, with support from a strong and experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Give person-centred, high-quality clinical care to older people in an aged care home, including residents with dementia.
- Work different shifts on different days as part of the care team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Open to post-graduate applications.
- Experience with, or a wish to gain experience with, residents who have dementia, and an affinity for this work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent clinical problem-solving skills.
- A highly motivated Team player.
- Able to work various shifts across various days.
- Vaccinated as set out in the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy (including proof of the required doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza).
- Willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
- Willing to complete a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
