This is a nursing job in people's homes. A community care provider in Darwin, in Australia's Northern Territory, needs a Registered Nurse. The job is full-time and permanent.
You will visit older people. They get aged care at home. You will also help people on the NDIS. The NDIS is Australia's national disability support scheme. Your work helps clients stay healthy. It also helps them live on their own terms. You plan care for each person and their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical nursing care to aged care clients
- Give clinical nursing care to NDIS participants
- Do clinical assessments
- Make care plans and check them again later
- Help with medicines and watch for health changes
- Write correct clinical notes
- Work with clients, families, carers and health professionals, and support choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence to work independently in a community setting
- A compassionate approach and commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
