Key Responsibilities
- Take part in rail and track construction, maintenance and project work
- Use your proven rail skills and experience on the works you are given
- Do track work to project specifications and safety rules
- Work well with rail crews, supervisors and other site staff
- Follow rail safety procedures and workplace rules
- Keep professional standards on every project task
- Travel to different project sites when needed
- Use your rail competencies and qualifications in the right way
- Do Thermit Welding if you are suitably qualified, and keep accurate information about your skills, experience and competencies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hands-on rail and track experience
- A current KLE Profile
- Rail industry competencies that are relevant
- Thermit Welding competency is advantageous
- You can prove your real and checkable industry experience
- Relevant qualifications, licences, tickets or certifications
- A strong understanding of rail safety and site procedures
- A reliable, flexible way of working on projects and the ability to travel when required
