Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ work as a Pasta Chef
- Strong skill with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine
- Confident when making traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes
- Good knowledge of Italian cooking methods
- Careful attention to quality, consistency and presentation
- Able to run the pasta section well when service is busy
- Reliable and organised
- Passionate about Italian food and happy to work in a busy restaurant environment
