Key Responsibilities
- Organise the parts supply so workshop teams can work every day
- Read what the workshop needs and order parts quickly
- Keep purchase order records and paperwork correct
- Ask suppliers about stock, delivery dates and order changes
- Check new deliveries and make sure the parts match what was ordered
- Process returns, cancellations and supplier credits, and record them
- Keep inventory information and stock movement history correct, and follow usage so stock stays at a good level
- Do regular stock audits and look into any difference in the count
- Track workshop equipment and tools, and do admin tasks linked to vehicle preparation
- Keep work moving between parts staff and workshop teams, and follow safety rules when you store and handle parts
Requirements & Eligibility
- Real experience in automotive parts, purchasing, stock control, or dealership operations
- Service Advisor experience with strong workshop administration skills will be considered
- Good understanding of how automotive repairs work and which parts they need
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record management ability
- Ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Professional communication with suppliers and with internal teams
- Confident with computer systems for data entry, reporting and reconciliation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's licence
- Demonstrated automotive industry experience suitable for an overseas career opportunity
