This is a full-time Panel Beater job in Sydney, Australia. You will repair vehicles that have been in accidents. You will check the damage, decide how to fix it, and bring the body back to a safe and neat finish in a modern workshop.

Key Responsibilities
- Look at accident damage on vehicle bodies
- Decide the right repair and restoration steps
- Remove damaged panels, parts and components
- Repair panels or replace them when needed
- Straighten, align and restore vehicle body structures
- Do welding and metalworking
- Use special panel repair tools and workshop equipment
- Work with mechanics and spray painters so repairs are finished well
- Inspect repairs for accuracy, safety and finish quality
- Keep the workshop safe
- Keep the workshop clean and organised
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant panel beating experience
- Strong practical knowledge of automotive body repair techniques
- Experience with professional panel beating and repair equipment
- Can find damage and choose suitable repair methods
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Good communication, and works well in a team
- Can work efficiently to workshop timeframes
- Valid driver's licence
- A qualification that can be verified
- An employment history that can be verified
