Key Responsibilities
- Do mise en place and food preparation before service starts
- Keep food quality, presentation and portion control the same every time
- Manage prep tasks well during the evening shift

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Japanese cuisine or professional kitchen experience
- Proven commercial kitchen experience and practical cooking skills
- Real understanding of Japanese food preparation and kitchen work
- Good attendance, reliability and personal responsibility
- A professional attitude and good discipline at work
- Respectful communication and strong teamwork
- A positive attitude toward learning and growth
- Ready to join training and adapt to workplace needs
- Shows commitment to a stable, long-term hospitality career
- Valid Australian work rights required
- Can work well in a fast-paced service and stay calm and organised under pressure
