An Enrolled Nurse works with a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse supervises you. You care for patients directly. You help them wash. You give them medications. You keep good records.
A healthcare company is hiring. It is owned in Western Australia. It gives home care and community nursing. It gives DVA services too. DVA services are for veterans. It also sends nurses to hospitals and aged care facilities. You may work in the CBD. You may work north or south of the river. The Clinical Care Manager is your manager.

Key Responsibilities
- You assess nursing care needs under RN supervision
- You plan nursing care under RN supervision
- You implement nursing care under RN supervision
- You administer medications
- You monitor treatment responses
- You assist in coordinating patient care
- You assist in evaluating patient care
- You take part in health education and promotion activities
- You provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene assistance
- You support RNs in clinical procedures and patient assessments
- You maintain accurate clinical documentation
- You comply with Work Health and Safety legislation and maintain infection control standards
- You report incidents and hazards promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- You have current AHPRA registration
- You have a relevant nursing qualification for an Enrolled Nurse
- You have experience in community nursing
- You have experience in home care
- You have minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- You have a current National Criminal History Check
- You have a current Working with Children Check
- You have a current Manual Handling Certificate
- You have a valid driver's licence
- You have a current COVID-19 vaccination
- You have a current influenza vaccination
- You have an Infection Control certificate
- You have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
