Key Responsibilities
- Look after clients' clinical needs at home
- Look after clients' personal care at home
- Write clear care plans and documentation
- Speak and listen well with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Make safety, dignity and well-being a priority in every visit
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good with computers: confident using digital systems for care notes & communication
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
