Do you like caring for older people in their community? A small aged and community care provider in Darwin, NT needs a Community Registered Nurse.
A community nurse works with clients outside the hospital. In this role you check each client's needs. You make a care plan. You look after wounds. You give medicine and record it. You help with personal care. You work with a team of other health workers.
The provider can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency for the right candidates. This means the employer supports the visa of a person who is living in Australia now.

Key Responsibilities
- Look at each client's social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Make a care plan that is clinically right for the client
- Treat wounds, write care notes, and give medicine and record it on the chart
- Help residents with personal care and support clients with a premium level of care
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a relevant degree qualification
- Have Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Have a current Australian driver's licence and a current National Criminal History Check
