Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- A current practising certificate
- Past work in aged care
- Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and aged care accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-working skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- A high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances and work well in a team
- A commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement
