Key Responsibilities
- Cook many kinds of quality dishes that guests expect
- Handle food prep tasks and help the kitchen run smoothly
- Keep food quality, look and portion size the same each time
- Work with the kitchen team for fast, efficient service, and help carry out the menu in busy times
- Help with stock control, preparing ingredients and keeping the kitchen organised

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven work as a Chef in commercial hospitality kitchens
- Time spent in busy restaurants, hotels or similar food service businesses
- Keeps quality and consistency steady during high-volume service
- Good knowledge of kitchen routines, food safety and hygiene
- Works well with others and communicates clearly
- Cares about customers and keeps a positive attitude
- Happy to work flexible shifts, such as evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Organised and careful with details; relevant culinary training or industry experience preferred
