Key Responsibilities
- Look after your own section during prep and service.
- Cook for weddings and events.
- Plan menus, tastings and seasonal changes with the Head Chef.
- Do ordering and stock control carefully and follow food safety rules.
- Teach and lead junior chefs and kitchen hands.
- Help deliver catering at other venues.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience.
- That experience includes time as a CDP or strong Demi.
- Experience plating food for large numbers while keeping quality high.
- Food safety certification, or the ability to get it within 30 days of starting.
- A Drivers License is required.
