Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the preparation and daily running of your kitchen section
- Finish mise en place at the quality and freshness required
- Prepare and cook menu items in a steady way during service
- Keep presentation, portions and quality at the right level
- Check that ingredients are available and stock is in good condition
- Keep preparation, cooking and storage areas clean and tidy
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety rules

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role
- Commercial kitchen experience
- Strong practical cooking and food preparation skills
- Able to manage a kitchen section during service
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Consistent quality and presentation
- Stays organised and productive in busy periods
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, and willing to learn new techniques and culinary styles
- Flexible availability for rotating rosters
- Able to provide genuine and verifiable employment experience
