Do you cook well under pressure? A Sydney kitchen needs a Chef de Partie. You must have real experience in professional kitchens. You will work with a skilled team and an experienced Executive Chef.
The kitchen serves many guests, so service is fast and busy. The roster is 4-days-on, 3-days-off. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates whose skills and experience meet the role requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the kitchen's standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience in restaurants, pubs or hotels
- Real hands-on experience in more than one kitchen section
- Can show practical cooking skills and relevant work experience
- Good understanding of how a professional kitchen works
- Can keep standards high in busy service
- Good communication and teamwork
- Reliable and on time
- Good attention to detail
- Professional presentation and high personal hygiene
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Available for late-night shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to quality and professional development
