Requirements & Eligibility
- You have strong leadership experience in a branch or operations setting
- You have managed different teams and business areas
- Senior management experience is strongly preferred
- You come from heavy transport, equipment, automotive or industrial work
- You are good with customers and relationships
- You can manage budgets and business targets
- You can lead and develop people
- You communicate well with others and solve problems and make good decisions
- You can work in a fast-paced environment
- You care strongly about safety and staff wellbeing
- You think strategically and also understand daily operations
- You have industry experience or qualifications that fit the job
