Key Responsibilities
- Run daily Front of House and coffee service
- Keep service and drink quality high
- Guide team members during the day
- Be a good example by working hands-on
- Train new and existing staff in service and operating procedures

- Keep the venue clean, tidy and well presented
- Help plan team schedules and shifts

Requirements & Eligibility
- Professional experience in hospitality that you can show
- Experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Proven ability to take responsibility for a team and for service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality place
- Reliable, organised and good at managing time
- Able to train, support and motivate other team members
- Close attention to service quality and workplace presentation
- A confident, positive and solution-focused approach in busy shifts
- Willing to give evidence of your relevant work experience
