Key Responsibilities
- Give professional barbering services with steady quality
- Do men's haircuts, skin fades, taper fades, beard trims, styling and grooming
- Ask clients what they want and suggest the best style
- Give every client a warm, professional visit
- Build strong relationships with clients by being reliable
- Keep the same professional standard on every service
- Prepare, clean and look after tools, equipment and your work area
- Follow hygiene, health and safety rules, and look neat and professional
- Work well with other barbers and help the wider team
- Take part in training, coaching and skill development
- Use new barbering techniques and trends in daily work
- Work towards the agreed service and performance targets
- Share ideas that make the client experience better

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years of professional barbering experience
- Practical experience in a busy, commercial barbershop
- Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, styling and beard grooming
- Can show that your barbering experience is real and can be checked
- Understands professional barbering standards and good client service
- Good communication skills
- Neat appearance and care with small details
- Positive and works well in a team
- Dependable and responsible
- Ready to keep learning and training
- Can adjust to different client wishes and current trends
- Real wish to grow in the barbering trade, with work history that supports your experience
- Able to meet Australian employment requirements that apply
