Key Responsibilities
- Give high-quality haircuts to men, women and children
- Make both classic and modern hairstyles
- Talk with customers to learn which cut and style they want
- Trim, shape and groom beards
- Do wet shaving if you have the skills
- Keep your cutting, styling and finishing at the same good level
- Check every service carefully and finish it well
- Suggest hair care and grooming products

Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant Barbering or Hairdressing qualification preferred
- Practical experience in a salon or barbershop
- Strong technical ability for traditional and modern haircutting
- Able to work confidently with different hair types and customer requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Professional appearance and personal presentation
- Reliable, positive and motivated attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Willing to learn new techniques and keep growing professionally
- Shaving and beard-grooming experience is advantageous; apprentices with suitable practical training may also be considered
- Applicants must be able to provide genuine and verifiable qualifications and employment history
- Candidates must meet applicable Australian employment and visa requirements; onshore candidates are preferred
