Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, professional front-of-house service
- Take food and drink orders correctly
- Make and serve drinks the way the venue procedures say
- Help customers who have questions about the menu or the service
- Keep the service area clean, tidy and presentable
- Help service run smoothly when the venue is busy
- Work in the bar, the dining area and the function areas when needed
- Look after guests with attention from start to finish
- Work as a team with kitchen, bar and front-of-house colleagues
- Follow RSA procedures
- Follow workplace safety and responsible service procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hospitality or front-of-house experience preferred
- Current RSA certificate
- Proven customer service skills
- Proven communication skills
- Confident, professional manner with guests
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced place
- Positive attitude, and happy to contribute to the team
- Available for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Able to show real hospitality skills and relevant experience
