Are you a qualified Baker with commercial bakery experience? A food business in Adelaide, South Australia, is hiring. You will make breads and sweet yeast products and help keep daily production on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Make bread and sweet yeast products to commercial standards
- Measure and mix ingredients carefully
- Follow the recipes and baking methods
- Follow production procedures
- Use industrial ovens and commercial bakery equipment safely
- Watch the baking so the quality stays the same
- Do preparation, baking and packing tasks for the daily production plan
- Keep your standards high when it is busy
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety rules
- Keep the bakery clean and tidy
- Work with other bakery staff to meet targets
- Lift and handle ingredients and products safely, up to 25kg
- Help daily bakery work run smoothly with reliable, organised work
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial baking experience that you can show
- Hands-on work in a commercial bakery or food production place
- Certificate III in Baking is preferred
- Experience using industrial ovens and commercial bakery equipment
- Knowledge of baking methods, recipes and production steps
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene rules
- Able to keep products the same quality every day
- Able to start early shifts at about 2:00am
- Good physical stamina, and able to lift up to 25kg
- Reliable transport and a current and valid driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and good attendance
- Able to work well with a bakery team
- Valid Australian work rights or eligibility for an appropriate visa
- Proof of your qualifications and work experience, and willingness to work in South Australia
