A vehicle repair business in Albury, Australia, is looking for more Panel Beaters and Assemblers. The workshop is clean, modern and spacious. It has a spot welder, a glue pulling system, dustless extraction work stations and mini scissor lifts. Normal business hours are 8am - 4:30pm, and the business hires people for the long term.
The employer may consider visa sponsorship for the right person. This is a subclass 482 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Panel Beater: repair vehicle panels and bring them back to their condition before the accident. Work carefully and with attention to detail.
- Assembler: put the vehicle back together after repair. Check that all parts are fitted correctly and work well.
- Work with other team members so repairs finish on time and customers are happy.
- Follow industry rules, safety protocols and quality standards.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order, and talk clearly with team members and supervisors to solve problems and give excellent results.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in your own work area in the automotive repair industry.
- Attention to detail.
- A promise to deliver high quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced place and meet deadlines without lowering quality.
- Familiarity with industry standard tools, equipment and techniques.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are a must.
